Hoteliers normally will have complaints when they go to other hotels for holidays! We stayed there for 6 nights, property was clean, well maintained, clean pool, kind staffs but not professional. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the food since we were the only 2 guests and kitchen wasn't operational but we ordered food and alcohol from opposite hotel. We stayed only at the property and used to go to beach after 10PM.

We recently took a trip to Goa and had booked this hotel as our preferred destination for our holidays. Here is my feedback about the hotel. 1 Pros. i. Very friendly staff ii. Large and Spacious rooms iii. Clean swimming pool iv. pet friendly 2. Cons. i. Highly overpriced ii. Complementary breakfast sucks. Nothing can be worse than this iii. wifi does not work. iv. Parking is a challenge v. Food is good but again over priced. vi. Housekeeping is untrained and unprofessional vii. Sea beach is nearly 700 - 800 m away

We booked a complete villa. Size of the rooms are good but not maintained properly. Quality of bed is not that great, bathroom fittings are not in proper condition. Pros 1. Good location 2. Nice green lawn 3. A bit Far from city hence less noisy 4. Breakfast / food quality is good Cons 1. Service is average - most of the staff are new and are not aware of surroundings. 2. One of the staff was very rude 3. Don’t take lunch or dinner here they will take time to deliver. 4. Cost is high compare to the price.

Lastly I still havnt received my bill of stay even 2 weeks after checking out. Have been reminding the owner but no hope. All in all, we won't be visiting this place again

Stayed for 3 nights ...nice big room as shown in pics . Pool is really awesome , food was good with reasonably priced bar and spot on cocktails !!! Thanks staff and management for making our stay wonderful and memorable !!
